This is brilliant.
Back in high school, I had this crazy dream of creating a device that projects a three dimensional space with grid where stuff from geometry can be projected, for easier and more effective learning. It could easily make sectional views, explode figures, and the like. This invention is entirely different, but it reminded me of that.
Carrying around a projector is so useful, and being able to interact with the information with is incredible. (Wouldn't it be so useful in UP? No need to deal with all the renting & reservation hassles...)
I'm excited for what lies ahead for this technology and its inventor. It's also great to know that it's easily mass produced, and won't be too expensive.
